With over thirty years of experience in the profession, Mr. Aaberg holds current land surveyor licenses in both Massachusetts and Colorado. His technical skills are unsurpassed, especially in the application of state-of-the-art computer technology, making him a sought after consultant to civil engineers, software developers and other land surveyors. Mr. Aaberg has overall responsibility for all of the operations of Aaberg Associates, including project management, computer network administration, and staff training and development.

With over twenty years of progressive experience as a land surveyor in Massachusetts, Mr. Smith's background encompasses a combination of extensive field experience and solid technical skills in plan preparation. Most recently, through Aaberg Associates' large-scale mapping projects in the Towns of Burlington and Dedham, Massachusetts, Rick has become an area expert in the application of GPS technology. His responsibilities include staff scheduling, establishing project timelines, supervising both field crews and computer technicians, as well as preparing plans.

Mr. Romanelli has been a land survey professional since 1985, and has had multiple responsibilities during that time, including coordination of multiple field crews, project scheduling, budgeting, quality control and staff training. Currently, he manages several concurrent projects, including field supervision, direct client relations and plan preparation. John oversees most of the firm's projects in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Holding a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, Ms. Burrill has earned her Engineer-in-Training designation from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in spring, 2002 passed the competitive national uniform exam to earn her designation as a Surveyor-in-Training. She is a Certified Soils Evaluator in Massachusetts and has spent the past ten years at Aaberg Associates designing residential septic systems, performing field surveys, and preparing site and topographic plans. A major contributor to the firm's large-scale mapping and revitalization project in the Town of Dedham, Massachusetts, Deana has participated in the highway and road design of several large areas of the town. Notably, she has also had extensive experience in the permitting process with many state and local agencies, including the Department of Environmental Protection, local Conservation Commissions and local Boards of Health.

Mr. Robinson began his survey career here at Aaberg Associates in 1997 and has successfully progressed to become an integral part of the firm. His solid experience here has resulted in his becoming our "go-to guy" for construction layout and staking, and boundary and topographic surveys. Jim supervises several instrument operators and coordinates the firm's research.
